Getting an accurate diagnosis is the beginning of your fertility care journey
At our Cedar Park fertility practice, we don’t believe in rushing into treatment. Dr. Kaye knows it’s important to make an accurate diagnosis first so that she can recommend the right fertility treatments for you.
As a result, she will have a consultation with you to learn more about your medical history, past pregnancy attempts and family-building goals. From there, she will order customized fertility testing for you. For men, this generally includes a semen analysis. In contrast, women will often have fertility bloodwork, a transvaginal ultrasound and a hysterosalpingogram (HSG).
Once your test results are available, Dr. Kaye will explain them to you. Then, you will work together to create your personalized fertility care plan.
We offer a wide variety of effective fertility treatments
Depending on your test results, Dr. Kaye may recommend basic treatments like ovulation induction with fertility medications and intrauterine insemination (IUI). In other cases, she may recommend options like in vitro fertilization (IVF), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) or egg donation.
Once you decide to move forward with a certain treatment, you can count on receiving a customized treatment protocol. For example, when it comes to ovarian stimulation, Dr. Kaye will determine the best medication and dosage for you. She will also monitor you while you’re taking the medication and make adjustments as needed.
When using fertility care options like IVF, you can add on certain laboratory services to help improve your likelihood of conceiving a healthy baby. In addition to PGT, these services include assisted hatching, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and embryo freezing. Our Cedar Park fertility practice also offers third party reproduction services, including gestational surrogacy, donor eggs, donor sperm and donor embryos.
If you’re not ready for a baby yet, but you would like to preserve your fertility, we also offer options like egg, sperm and embryo freezing. These are great tools for men and women who want to postpone parenthood due to medical issues or for any other reason.
